Let us introduce ourselves!
Both Kim and Riss are hair industry professionals and have spent many years learning all things hair and beauty, both professionally and for fun. Kim has spent most of her time in your standard salon and has recently branched out on her own and became an independent stylist. Riss is more rounded in bridal and make up but has also spent time in the salon, and she’s got the stories to prove it! We love traveling to beauty conventions and hair shows together and gossiping about the Karen clients we have experienced on the way and that’s how the show was formed!
We are two real friends, that have spent years brainstorming of all the things we would talk about if we had a podcast (Riss even had a name for the hypothetical show), until Beautea time was brought to life in October 2019! Our podcast is a fun way to vent about our bad days (or share our good ones) relate to other industry professionals, bring to you new products and our experiences with them, and last and most importantly, we want you all to laugh!
